Oversized: boxy, dropped shoulders. For a closer fit, size down.

Hoodie

Relaxed: roomier than standard, dropped shoulders.

Made in Europe: from L up, up to 4 cm narrower across the chest and 2–3 cm longer in the sleeve.

Measured flat by the makers. A piece can differ by up to 5 cm (2 in).

• What does pre-reserve mean?

  You pick a piece and a size and leave your email. Non-binding, no payment. When 001.ckpt opens, you get the link first.

• When does 001.ckpt open?

  Soon. The date isn't set yet. Pre-reserve and you'll hear first.

• How long does it stay open?

  For a limited time. We announce the end before it comes. Then 001.ckpt is archived.

• How long until my order ships?

  Every piece is made after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days; embroidery can take a little longer, and the first orders of a new design a few days more.

  From order to door, expect about 8–14 days in the US, 7–9 days in the UK and 9–14 days in the EU.

• Where does it ship from, and what does shipping cost?

  From the US, the EU or the UK, usually from the region closest to you. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address; each extra piece in the same order costs less to ship.

  Prices are in USD. In the EU and the UK, VAT is added at checkout. Elsewhere, for example in Switzerland, duties and taxes may be due on delivery.

• Can I return or exchange it?

  Every piece is made for you after you order, so we can't take it back because it doesn't fit or you changed your mind. Please check the size guide first.

  If something is wrong (a defect, a misprint, the wrong size sent), report it within 30 days of delivery, with a photo, through the contact link in your order email, and you get a replacement.

  In the EU and the UK you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, from your order status page. Return shipping is then on you.

• How does it fit?

  The tee is oversized: boxy, with dropped shoulders. For a closer fit, size down. The hoodie is relaxed, roomier than standard. Measurements per size are in the size guide.

• How do I care for the embroidery?

  Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. No bleach. Hang to dry. If you iron, iron inside out and never directly on the embroidery.
